MSD Topiary is a new application from Microsoft for scheduling appointments in time with the diary software that is also called My Office Manager. MSD Topiary allows the user to set appointments for their colleagues, family members and friends through the click of a button. The software also allows the user to create an event and forward it to others by email. Another option which allows you to send an appointment to a client is to have them log in to a website which will allow you to upload your web log to MSD Topiary and then create an event there which the client can view and accept or decline.
There are many different features which make MSD Topiary superior to its competitors including the fact that you can now add more clients at one time. This application also provides the client with a calendar so that they can plan their own diaries, meetings and phone calls. The calendar and contacts can be customized to include the names of the client and the person they are meeting with. In addition, the calendar can also be set up to send out text or picture emails which include the time, place and phone number of the person calling. In addition to all these benefits the application provides the client with the option to update their diary or schedule directly from their phone or computer.
